People over profits. There are few things in the world so powerful as a team that continually supports and challenges each other. Focus on your people first, and profits tend to take care of themselves.

Hunter is a native of Midland, Texas – oil and gas have always been a part of life. He enjoys applying creative solutions using technology and agile methodology to solve complex problems.

Hunter lives in Dallas with his wife, Rachel, and their two young sons. Whenever life permits, you will find him on a golf course.
